- Pre-Treatment: Before washing, soak the bag in cold water with salt and white vinegar (water with a noticeable salty and acidic taste is suitable) for 30 minutes to fix the color.
- Choose Cleaning Agent: Select a gentle cleaning agent such as liquid detergent, hand soap, shampoo, or body wash (avoid using laundry detergent, soap bars, or harsh cleaners).
- Hand Wash: Hand wash the bag within 10 minutes (prolonged soaking, especially for canvas with leather, may cause fading). Do not soak, and avoid machine washing.
- Air Dry: After washing, allow the bag to air dry naturally with the exterior facing down (avoid machine spin drying or using a dryer; for metal hardware, pat dry with tissue paper before air drying).
It’s important to note that both canvas fabric and leather may experience some degree of fading over time, which is a natural occurrence. However, excessive fading due to improper washing is not covered under warranty.
