In order to ensure the quality of our products, each item undergoes a triple-check process before being delivered to our customers.
Should any quality issues arise within 7 days of receiving the product, we will provide a full refund. Quality concerns encompass instances where products arrive damaged, are incorrectly delivered, or are the wrong model. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from intentional actions by the customer, and requests for exchange or refund in such cases will be declined. For all defective items, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged parts.
If you wish to return an item without any quality issues, please notify us within one week of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and handling fees associated with such returns. Should you desire a replacement, an additional shipping fee will be required for the new item.
Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item. Products must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale.
